SP008 Realistic penis cylinder L crystal clear from Fröhle made of solid polycarbonate including a connection piece at the top. In an anatomical penis shape – additionally accommodates the testicles inside the cylinder. To be used in combination with a vacuum pump (incl. connection hose and pressure regulator) from Fröhle. Including PVC sleeve (exchangeable).

A penis pump causes the penis to fill with blood by means of a vacuum inside the cylinder and causes the penis to become erect – even in cases of erectile dysfunction. The penis can become larger and also increases in girth. With enough training and time, long-term improvements can also be achieved.
