The sturdy, black cock/ball strap, Heavy Rope Cock Strap with Ball from Rebel, is in rope design and it has an elegant sliding metal weight and additional ball weight (total weight 166 g). It can be adjusted to fit the penis so that it benefits from the erection-promoting blood congestion effect.
